Breeda Nathan
Breeda Nathan is the Founder of BN Transforma Solutions, an enterprise transformation advisory firm that partners with organisations to design and deliver large-scale business and technology transformation.
Breeda brings extensive experience leading complex transformation programs across strategy, operating model redesign, technology enablement and organisational change. She works closely with executive leadership teams to translate strategic vision into practical transformation initiatives that improve operational performance, strengthen service delivery and enable sustainable growth.
Throughout her career, Breeda has led enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across financial services, government and large organisational environments. Her work spans strategic planning, service delivery transformation, technology-enabled change and the design of future-ready operating models that align business strategy, technology and people.
